All about me
Hello! I am Heather Alexander and I am an Independent Norwex Consultant. I’m starting this blog to be able to provide more in depth content to my customers. So for today I’m gonna tell you all about me.
So like I said … I’m Heather. I wear many hats and have a passion for learning and teaching.
I started my life off as a Special Education Teacher (and still am) full time. I am on my 11th year of teaching and at my third school. I love having to always be an out of the box thinker and the kiddos and their growth drive me everyday. And yes, I do dress up days! Check out tacky sweater day.
Two years ago I joined Norwex, like many others, for the discount. I didn’t plan on growing a team or selling much for that matter. What turned into the craziest year for me turned my business into a very successful one. In my first year I ranked up twice, earned extra income, and earned an incentive trip. I love my business and the flexibility it gives me.
Anyways … that’s not what you came for so back to me.
I am a wife of seven years to my amazing husband Sam. He is an amazing blacksmith and loves to make us laugh. He loves to travel and have great life experiences.
Right after getting married we got our loving pup, Satchmo. He is either let’s go go go or sleep sleep sleep. He is slow as molasses on land but you put him in the water and he’s a speed boat! He loves the water, dock diving, and of course treats.
We have an incredible five year old daughter, Amelia who is our only. She loves princesses (especially Ariel), Bluey, and her iPad. She takes ballet and tap and is a lover of anything Zoo.
As a family we love to take trips some of our favorites being what I call our zoo tours (travel to see family and stop at many zoos along the way), the beach, and Punta Cana. Y’all I got to have a monkey sit on my head!!!! Check off the bucket list. We love to have movie night and go on adventures.
While we haven’t done it in some time, we love to back country camp (yes that means tent camping and no bathrooms) and just be outside.
I am hoping my passion for teaching and nature will come out in this blog. My love for educating people on chemicals and more natural ways to clean in ways that save you time, money, and are good for you and planet are why I’m here.
Please reach out if you ever have questions and I hope you learn something new!
Signing off for now.
Heather
